How do I install an app and activate the free 30-day trial?

Open the app page and find the "Install" block. Enter your Bitrix24 portal domain in the field next to the button and click "Install".

Accept the agreements and click "Start free trial" — or paste your license key if you already have one.

If you activated the trial, make sure to enter a valid email — we will send the license key there (check spam if it does not arrive).

How do I pay for or renew an app?

Open the app in your Bitrix24 portal, go to the "License" page and pick a subscription period.

Or enter your license key on this page and click "Check" — if the key is valid, a "Prolong" button appears.

What is a "license key" and what is it for?

The license key activates the program — for example, when reinstalling it. The key is issued when a trial starts and is tied to your email, portal domain and app.

I forgot my license key — how do I recover it?

Search your inbox for an email from "@flame.email" — the key is in it.

Or open the billing panel, find the app and copy the key.

You can also start a new trial (up to 3 keys per app) or write to us with your Bitrix24 portal and email.

What is the app region and how do I change it?

The region affects currency and payment methods. To change it, write to us with the desired region, your license key and the reason.

Enterprise license

An Enterprise license is required if you regularly make over 500 requests to the app per day, need a custom modification, or want the program running on your own servers.

We sign NDAs and service contracts, allocate a dedicated VPS, deploy the environment, ship separate builds and provide 24/7 monitoring and support.
